I had and an old roommate break into my home multiple times and all he did to cover up his crime was called night owl and pose as me saying that he forgot the password and got a password so he could get into the system and erase the footage of him breaking it worst of it all is that I can't even get a police report from the local police department because they say I'm crazy.

Android app sucks. It drains battery with in an hour. I turned off app after using it, it turn self back on and wiped out a months worth of data in under 2 hours..i am riddi g tha app and bringing back the whole system. Should have stuck wuth zmodo...i say they remote turned on due to permissions and thier spying. What trollz

I highly encourage management or possibly owner/ceo whatever to place a Call around 8pm on a random week night. I’d LOVE for you to see that your agents are a) not available or b) you have a thin staff that makes your customers wait 30+ minutes or longer, I hung up.......
