Extremely pissed off no help from staff, cameras go into sleep mode and stay there until I personally go into the system to start working again this problem has existed for over a year with no resolu
I purchased the system the cameras dont detect motion at night, Ive experienced vandalism in sight of the cameras but yet nothing was recorded, Ive had to do my own surveillance to make police reports, I purchased the equipment to do the surveillance I have to do and stay up at night because the equipment is not functioning properly Ive called theyve submitted numerous tickets regarding my complaint and to date I have yet to receive a response from a manager and now they are telling me that the warranty is expired, sure Ive been trying to resolve this issue for over a year, they have provided invalid email address numerous times I personally would never recommend this service to anyone not even an enemy, because this ordeal is cruel and unusual, extremely gruesome, Ive received other people complaint ticket numbers in my email account, so I wonder where in the *** is my information going to that should be sent to me , Ive given them my email address several times and they spell Larry with 3rs not 2, biggest mistake in this purchase Im out over 400 dollars and I have to do my own surveillance at night, many sleepless nights.

I bought it it stopped working on my phone first then two days later on my partners phone. Tried for days , weeks to get help .
Back and forth from internet service to company ( night owl) he have to text and email and when you do get someone on the phone sounds like those bothering them . Or they hang up on you because you know more then them finally was told to take it back to store by company. Go to store they wont take back because its past 30 days. Store say has to go back to company.
Call company they say nope they cant help me. I didnt buy from them. If I didnt purchase one of their products? Then whos did I purchase?
So now Im really pissed. Company said only store can help me. This system was over $400.00 and no one wants to help get it up and running or give me my money back. In the mean time someone tried to get in my home and we dont know who because the camera system wasnt working.
So I told my partner he would have to do it because I would get hung up on. So he called store manager told her everything. And about them trying to get in my home. This was at 122 pm said it there by 3:30 they would take back.
We live 45 mins away. We made it and finally got our money back . System was bought on June third worked about a week or so . Just got money back on july 24th .
After hours on the phone . Spent all day on my birthday on phone between company and internet service . But after hours and weeks of trying to get help the manifest finally listen to us and returned our money.
I will never ever work with that company or buy anything of theirs again. Even if someone gave to me as a gift.
I would refuse or toke back. They have the worse customer service I have ever det with ever

Bought this system a few weeks ago and it was working well and then after a couple weeks I could not get the connection on my phone anymore . Im trying to fix it .
My significant other could not get it on his phone anymore . His lasted a few days longer then mine before not being able to view anymore on our phones . I have tried to trouble shoot with the websites and cant . Then found the number and called by the time we were done and still not able to connect to the server on the tv to change password on Dvr.
Without doing that I can not even get into the app on our phones the tec then told me we can not ever connect because we have satellite internet but were you suppose to put in your password it was that its connected or synced with the server . I also connected my internet provider and they said they see where it is connected. Showed our phones and the tv . We can watch live on tv.
But not able to monitor anymore if gone and cant bring up any past recorded humans movement or vehicles recorded.
They also told me I can never connect . I told them they should let people know that before buying. That you cant connect to saltilite internet before buying.
When I told him I need to cancel my username password and phone number befor deleting my contact information etc. so that if I need to I can use my phone number and email addresses to make a new account.
He told me just delete the app and it will delete it .
It dont work that way. And I used mine and my fiancés email address and phone number because I added him to my account so that he could also view the cameras if needed to be and so were linked on the same account and now I cant make a new account because his password my past or his email address my email address and both of our phone numbers are connected that one account and when I try to make a new account it says that they are already in use so I wont allow me to even make a new account and hes telling me that by deleting the app it account and it doesnt because Ive already tried that and then tried to make a new account and it wont let me because my password and phone numbers already been used and so is my significant others so they are no help at all and then told me that because I have satellite Internet this system it will delete the account and it doesnt because Ive already tried that and then tried to make a new account and it wont let me because my password and phone numbers already been used and so is my significant others so they are no help at all and then tell me that because I have satellite Internet the system is it gonna work when it was working for two weeks or more and it was and says it stinks when you put it on the television which goes through the ethernet and its saying that the Internet is secure the server is synced and its got a green light on it but yet it will not let me put my password in to move any further and they wont help me so I dont know what to do I know that I would never recommend this company to anybody Ive now wasted 400 and something dollars and until this happened we were talking about get it because it holds up to 10 cameras we were talking about getting more cameras so that we can secure our whole property from front to back inside and all three of our buildings and now and its just life we cant get back recordings and I cant get into the contract now we cant even view them and we cant even see them on our phones or if were away from home and the only way we can view is we can turn it on our TV but then we cant watch TV so and its just life we cant get back recordings and I cant get into the contract even on the TV it tells me that that they cannot certify my credentials and soul and everything I do I cant get no help and I cant Ive tried everything to get in and I cant so very upset wont recommend it to anybody need to have some thing done because I dont have that kind of money just to waste Im on a disability income and so is my significant other and we only get so much money and cant make any more and now they have $500 sitting here and cant go get a different system because we cant disconnect from the system Im not gonna leave my name and all my information out there with somebody I dont even know
