Night Owl - Worst system ever , does not stay connected

We had the 8 camera system installed to monitor a building . After 1week system went dark , IT guy tried many options and all failed after a day system goes dark . Body heat Sensors are bs ! Alert goes Even a fly passes by . I do not recommend nightowl x .Dont buy it !

They sold me a charger that DOES NOT work claiming "it's a new brand" I try to return it the next day and they wouldn't refund me my money .. they were rude and disrespectful, raised their voice and even chucked the charger outside the store..
