Night Owl - Crap product, crap customer service
On the evening of 12/21, I called customer service, placed on hold for 18 mins, finally talked to a rep. And was told they couldn't help me with product, and they would transfer me to a level 2 tech.
So after 1hr of being on hold, I am hung up on. I called back ,on hold for over 30 more minutes with no one ever answering. I hung up as I have more things in life to do than spend over 2 hrs on hold waiting for customer service to help me with a problem with the night owl product. I will never purchase a night owl product again, I will tell everyone I know to avoid them.
I will go on all security websites I can find and tell everyone not to purchase any of these products. Your customer service is as *** as your products.
