Called your tech support and have case number. The DVR that was purchased under a year ago is heating up and not sending notifications now its it connecting to app as it is heating up so much the unit is hot to the touch.

It is a fire hazard I would know I am a professional firefighter. Tech support asked me to switch out the power supply and issue did duplicate as I said I already trouble shot the device. Called technical support on 08/30/2018 and spoke with Ron at 1300 hrs PST on case number 709341.

Also have costco receipt in hand. All I would like is a replacement of the unit so my family could be secure while I am on duty.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $299.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
