Night Owl - Great cameras but no customer or tech support!!!
Still waiting for a response...... the system was working fine since installed in 2015 until I called tech support on July 14, 2017 to recover my password then tech support killed the system when the walked me though a update they said was needed.
Said they expedited the support ticket and warrenty..... to date nothing was ever resolved.
Not sure why they had me send my reciept to the warranty department because it was purchased in 2015 so it won't be covered BUT the tech support wiped out the system with their update so it should be covered!!!??? On my fifth or sixth call....still on hold 30+ minutes....
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
