I highly encourage management or possibly owner/ceo whatever to place a Call around 8pm on a random week night. I’d LOVE for you to see that your agents are a) not available or b) you have a thin staff that makes your customers wait 30+ minutes or longer, I hung up....

Maybe you should be avail 8-5 instead of “touting”your available 24/7. What a horrible experience. I haven’t even gotten to the product issue. The customer/ Support availability is one of the reasons we chose owl.

What a mistake. It constantly is offline and unavailable for viewing. Why?? Why is it that I have to wait 30+ minutes for help, then hang up out of frustration?

Why do you brag and tout “24/7” support and don’t follow through? Why is it that when I entered my phone number for a call back 4x and here I am 8 hrs later with no call back. Why? Why have you not responded to my 2 emails?

Why? Why did I spend $800 on this garbage? Will Best Buy take it back?

Hope so. You all suck!
