My home experienced a power outage due to a faulty electrical main line. After which, a few of the camera refused to power on properly.
Contacted night owl about the issue but it has been a whole week and no one has replied. Tried calling and someone just answers and hang up every time. No at a time of high crime in my country, I'm stuck with a worthless system from a company that couldn't begin to care about their customers and I'm like WTF This company is a waste.
Complete waste of time and I wish someone would sue them. Regardless, I hope this brief telling of my experience would aid on your future camera security solutions decisions.
